Olympian efforts from the cleaning and FM industry

For all countries and, historically, civilisations, the Olympic Games represent the height of individual and team success and we are currently enjoying seeing many new records being achieved. Efforts are increasingly made to mirror ‘on field’ sporting success with ‘off field’ glory of having hosted a successful games and positive change for the environment and communities.

From now until September the world’s media will focus on the UK and it is hoped that the Olympic and Paralympics will provide a challenging step change for sustainable development both in the UK and worldwide.

The cleaning and FM industries are playing a vital role in creating this lasting legacy through the delivery of venues and vital infrastructure services and in supporting the smooth running of the event, which is key to its success.

Many of our clients are involved in important related projects. Gold medal standard cleaning has been required for The British Olympic team who have used the Royal Commonwealth Pool as a training camp.
