The international team will showcase its extensive range of chemical dosing units, including its groundbreaking Multiplex range of scalable, automated IoT dosing systems launched this year.

Brightwell’s laundry dosing systems are designed to enhance the washing process, ensuring optimal textile care and consistent wash results through precise and efficient chemical dosing.

Scalable, automated, IoT-Integrated dosing system

The Multiplex industrial laundry dosing range is specifically engineered and durably designed to enhance chemicals delivery for large-scale industrial laundry operations. A choice of four versatile models provides precise dosing for anywhere between 4 to 12 washing machines, accommodating daily production up to 4000 kg, and delivering up to 10 chemicals.

Backed by Brightwell’s powerful cloud platform, Multiplex is packed with intelligent digital services, providing real-time, valuable data insights. This includes automatically tracking chemical consumption, generating detailed cost reports, and access to reliable and actionable information about your site’s performance and efficiency.

The modular design enables you to add additional channels to the same central unit, allowing you to seamlessly expand laundry operations, while saving space and reducing upfront investment costs.

Smart laundry dosing system for on-premises laundry operations

Also being featured is another new product innovation, Nexus, a smart laundry dosing system that combines high-performance hardware with a powerful Internet of Things (IoT) platform to help businesses save time, money, and resources.

Launched at the start of 2024, Nexus brings remote configuration capabilities, allowing users to modify settings, access reports on program and dosage, and leverage accurate analytics. This cutting-edge system combines advanced pump technology with secure network connectivity and plug-and-play capability. The patented diaphragm pump technology reduces the necessity for maintenance and site visits. It also minimises costs as Nexus’ chemically resistant pumps ensure consistent and accurate flow rates. The Nexus unit is available with 3-8 pumps and can be easily upgraded with plug-and-play pump modules, providing ultimate flexibility

 BrightLogic laundry range

Brightwell’s BrightLogic range of laundry dosing systems are designed to automatically deliver one to ten chemicals to washing machines in on premises and commercial laundries. Durable, reliable, and easy to install, and suitable for loads between 5kg to 35kg it gives operators accurate dosing management.

Designed with a space-saving, patented and durable double pump head, it is easy to install and maintain thanks to the quick-tube-change configuration. The computer software allows for total control and up to twenty custom wash programmes.
