Industrial Cleaning Equipment achieves ISO 9001

Industrial Cleaning Equipment, the UK’s largest independent supplier of machinery and service provision to the cleaning sector, has achieved the prestigious management standard, ISO 9001, demonstrating its on-going commitment to delivering a first class service to its growing client base. The Southampton-based company was independently assessed by LRQA earlier this year, and after achieving the exacting criteria required, was awarded the accreditation.

Mark Bresnihan, managing director of Industrial Cleaning Equipment (ICE), said: “This marks another huge step forward for the company, which shows how serious we are about constantly improving the service we provide to our customers. It dovetails our existing ISO 14001 accreditation, which we were awarded in 2008, and forms part of our strategy and focus for quality throughout all disciplines within the organisation.
