Taqt to showcase its real-time interactive, digital Facilities Management solution at CMS Show, September 2023

Digital experts Taqt will present TaqtOne at the CMS Show for the first time. It is a new step in digital interactivity to achieve optimal facilities management efficiencies for targeted cleaning and customer satisfaction, all in real time.

Taqt, creator and provider of the unique and transformative TaqtOne digital management system, will be exhibiting at the upcoming 2023 CMS cleaning and hygiene show in Berlin. Their first visit to the CMS show, Taqt is also delighted that TaqtOne is a selected finalist in the Digital Tools and Systems category of the prestigious Purus Innovation Awards, hosted at the show.

A simple device, with multi-faceted capability

The TaqtOne device takes Facilities Management and cleaning service delivery to a new level of achievable efficiency and sustainability. It’s a paperless solution which can be tailored for real-time monitoring and management of attendance, tasks and service requests. Service requests can be initiated at the touch of a button by end users. Managers can also monitor site visits remotely and use data accessible on a dedicated portal to anticipate and resolve future problems, faster.

TaqtOne is a robust but sleek device, which operates on a cellular network and integrates with existing systems. It is simply installed – requiring no additional infrastructure – and easy to maintain.

It has a simple user interface; the TaqtOne panel is interchangeable and functions can be updated and tailored remotely with Firmware-Over-The-Air technology (FOTA), aligning with client KPIs:

• customer satisfaction
• scheduled attendance
• task allocation
• service request status

In real time, TaqtOne analyses all service requests, tasks and satisfaction feedback and sends service teams an accurate report, generated in Excel. All of this is supported by a dedicated portal, with access to performance metrics, 24/7.
