Truvox exhibits energy A-rated tub vac and first cordless upright

Advanced vacuums that make daily routine of carpet maintenance easier and more efficient are on show at the stand of Truvox International.

UK manufacturer of a comprehensive range of cleaning equipment – from scrubber dryers to rotary burnishers – Truvox has added two new vacuum machines to its line-up.

The VTVe is a compact and highly efficient tub vac, while the award-winning Valet Battery Upright is a pioneer of cordless vacuuming.

Light and highly manoeuvrable, the VTVe has an A energy rating, meeting 2017 eco regulations. Extremely robust despite weighing just 6kg, the vacuum is easily transported between rooms and floors.

Crevice and brush tools are stowed to hand at the back of the machine, which has a tidy cable wrap to prevent tangling.

It uses standard 32mm vac consumables and delivers high filtration to trap dust particles measuring 0.3 microns or more.

Meanwhile, the Valet Battery Upright (VBU) has consigned cable hassles to history, making it ideal for any commercial setting. The new vacuum was launched at this year’s Cleaning Show, where it won an award for innovation.

With its lithium ion battery providing more than 60 minutes’ runtime, VBU operators can work around customers and employees and still clean quickly and efficiently. Productivity is high at around 265 square metres per hour.

Ideal for daytime cleaning or where electricity sockets are sparse, the VBU weighs just 5kg and has a convenient carry handle and comfortable handle grip. A battery level indicator shows when the machine needs re-charging, which takes 2.5 hours.
