Bite-sized training videos to protect uptime

Truvox launches product support videos with tips covering machine set-up, maintenance and aftercare

Hard-pressed cleaning teams and their supervisors have a new aid to help them ensure effective floorcare following the launch of a series of videos by Truvox International.

The comprehensive video library covers cleaning and polishing hard floors with rotaries, injection-extraction carpet cleaning, vacuuming and scrubber dryers.

In around five minutes, new machine owners – or recruits to the team – can get up to speed on setting up each machine and getting the best cleaning performance.

A separate video takes the user through recommended maintenance routines and aftercare, and simple troubleshooting steps. This should lead to less downtime of a machine and avoid service call out costs for easy to solve problems.

The videos are a useful addition to user manuals, especially for the many people who prefer visual learning as an alternative or addition to written instructions.
