Two new key appointments for Truvox

Truvox International, the Southampton-based floor cleaning equipment specialist, has welcomed two new members of staff to the team.

Kyle Balloch, who has a BA in Business Studies and Management, takes up the post of National Account Manager. He was previously a Regional Sales Manager for Tennant UK, covering the South West of the country. Before that he managed key accounts for Eden Springs UK, working with clients such as Bristol City Council and Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust. He also has experience of delivering training programmes and individual coaching sessions from his time as an International Trainer for MTC Training Centre.

“I am thrilled to be working for such a tried and tested brand as Truvox, and am looking forward to the challenges ahead,” he said. “I am a committed team player and relishing the chance to build trusting relationships with both existing and new clients.”

Caroline Clack is the other new recruit, adding an international flavour as the newly-appointed Sales Office Manager for Truvox International. With a BA Hons in French and Spanish, her multi-lingual skills will be a great asset, drawing on her past experience in customer services and administration.

Caroline said: “I love dealing with customers direct, as well as managing the teams and systems that support them, so my new post at Truvox International gives me the perfect opportunity to put my language and management skills to good use.”
